- 9:00-17:30 – Delegates should register at the Hall of Saint Petersburg Mining Institute (the main building of Mining institute. 48 Lieutenant Schmidt's Embankment). During registration participants can pass in a cocktail-bar where soft drinks will be offered, tea, coffee, sandwiches.
- 12:00-14:00 – Excursion on Mining Institute takes place. Delegates will visit lectures halls, laboratories, Church and the Mining museum.
- 18:00 – Welcome reception, AZIMUT Hotel

- 10:30-10:45; 15:30-15:45 – coffee breaks.
- 12:00-13:00 – launch out in dining-hall (three floor)
- 18:00-20:00 – Welcome Diner (CadetCorps Hall).

- 19:00-22:00 – Sightseeing excursion of Saint Petersburg
