Registration
The Regular, Presenting authors and Student registration fees include attendance at all technical sessions, the Conference Proceedings, morning and afternoon coffee breaks, lunches, Welcome and Farewell Dinners, technical visits, post-conference excursion.
The Accompanying persons fee does not cover from the above points attendance at all technical sessions, the Conference Proceedings, coffee breaks, technical visits but moreover it includes all lunches, Welcome and Farewell Dinners, excursions in Saint-Petersburg and post-conference.

RUR - Russian Rubles. The present rate of VAT (value added tax) is 18% which is included in the cost.
Cancellation
A 50% refund will be made for cancellations received before 15 April 2008. No refunds will be made for cancellations on or after 15 April 2008.
Exchange Rate
The current exchange rate as at December 2007 is approximately US$ 1.00 = RUR 25.00 and Euro1.00 = RUR 36.00
